NVIDIA’s next-gen flagship GPU, the GeForce RTX 5090, is already making waves across the tech community. According to leaked benchmark results circulating online, the RTX 5090 outperforms the RTX 4090 by up to 40% in raw performance, an impressive leap that could redefine high-end PC gaming.
The tests, reportedly conducted on early engineering samples, show massive gains in ray tracing, 4K rendering, and AI enhanced workloads. Some insiders claim that the 5090 features a new “Blackwell” architecture, along with 32 GB of GDDR7 memory and drastically increased core counts.
However, not everything is sunshine and silicon. Reports suggest that the power consumption may hit up to 600W, raising concerns about thermals and PSU requirements for gamers and creators alike.
“This is a beast of a card, but you’ll need serious cooling and a monster power supply,” said one anonymous hardware tester.
💬 Community Reaction
Gamers are divided, while some are excited about the performance bump, others worry it’s becoming overkill for modern titles.
🤔 Would you upgrade to the RTX 5090? Or is your current GPU still good enough for 2025?
