These Terms of Service apply to all services and platforms provided under the domains Searched.blog and Searched.gg (collectively referred to as “Searched”).
By accessing or using either platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the platforms.
1. Scope of Service
Searched is a platform for sharing giveaways and news content, especially related to online communities, games, and creators.
We allow users to publish posts that may include external links to products or services offered by third parties.
These links lead to third-party websites or stores, which are not operated or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or content of any third-party sites or products that users link to.
2. Editorial Content and News
In addition to user-generated content, Searched publishes editorial news and informational content.
While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or correctness.
News articles reflect the opinions of their authors and are for informational purposes only.
3. Content Moderation
All posts submitted to Searched are subject to review within 24 to 72 hours.
We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove any content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
4. Eligibility
Participation in giveaways is limited to users who meet the requirements specified in each giveaway description.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and without prior notice.
5. Nature of Giveaways
Searched only hosts giveaways provided by third-party sponsors or organizers.
We are not responsible for delivery, quality, fulfillment, or any other aspect of the prizes.
6. Prize Expiration
Prizes not claimed or delivered within 14 days after the winner is announced are considered void.
No compensation or replacement will be provided.
7. Disqualification
We may disqualify users from a giveaway or the platform without notice if we suspect:
- Multi-accounting
- Use of alt-accounts
- Dishonest behavior or abuse of the system
Our decision is final and not subject to appeal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Searched is not liable for damages, losses, or claims related to giveaways or use of the platform
- You waive any right to hold us accountable for failed deliveries, false content, or technical issues
- We are not responsible for external links or their content
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
11. Communication with Giveaway Creators
If you must contact a giveaway creator to claim a prize, do so respectfully and politely.
A creator may deny prize delivery if:
- Your message is aggressive, rude, or inappropriate
- You violate basic conduct rules
Giveaway creators may report such behavior to us but may also deny delivery on their own authority.
Such decisions are final and not appealable.
